With your help, we have raised nearly £20000 towards the cost of repairs and renovation to our much loved Village Hall.
Donations to JustGiving.com of over £5000 together with individual contributions from several villagers with a generous donation from Shutlanger Parish Council of £5000 plus we have also obtained a small grant from The National Lottery. South Northants Council has also contributed to the fund.
We are extremely grateful to you all for your contributions.
This will allow us to start work on what will eventually be a £100 000 renovation project.
The works will commence shortly with the priority being given to roof and gutter repairs together with some work to the clock tower to make the building waterproof once again.
The committee is working very hard to secure additional funding and grants from several sources but, your continued support will be vital in completing this exciting community initiative.
