Shutlanger hosted the fourth Shutlanger Open Gardens on June 22nd 2025.
13 gardens, including the village hall were open from 10.30am - 2.30pm with additional car parking provided this year too.
There was a plant sale, art and craft sale and a nature trail for the children.

On Sunday 4th May about 50 villagers got together to celebrate the 80th anniversary of VE Day.
We had a bouncy castle for the children, a visit from an ice-cream van, a celebration cake and a glass of prosecco for the adults. Guests bought their own food. and there was a licensed bar.

We have recently completed new level access at Shutlanger Village hall in time for our Easter Trail on Easter Sunday followed by The Local Council elections on 1st May.

The village buffet and Carols were on 21st December 2024 between 4pm and 7pm.
Around 50 villagers enjoyed a festive tea with Carols afterwards.

On 16th November, Shutlanger Village Hall hosted a lively Bingo Night.
The evening, expertly led by Richard Clements as the master of ceremonies, featured prizes for one line, two lines, and a full house, adding excitement to every round.
Guests enjoyed delicious meat and cheese platters…
