Renovation Fund
Thank you for supporting Shutlanger Village Hall Renovation Fund!
We’re excited to share plans for the Shutlanger Village Hall Renovation Fund, dedicated to improving our much-loved community space. This fund allows us to ring-fence resources for essential upgrades, ensuring the hall remains accessible and welcoming for everyone.
So far, we have renewed all the drains and guttering, replaced the heating and lighting and decorated throughout.
We are delighted to have a brand-new roof and fully restored clock tower with a new clock.
The bell now strikes after more than seventy years.
We have also replaced the kitchen which is now a modern, well equipped, functional space for all the events that take place in the hall.
Our current focus includes:
• Updating the existing toilets to modern standards.
• Adding an accessible toilet to ensure inclusivity for all visitors.
